What's in an arborist report
Standard reports include: identification of each subject tree (species, approximate age, diameter, height), location and site context, health and structural condition, signs of disease, pests, decay, or mechanical defects, risk rating using ISA's Tree Risk Assessment framework, recommended actions with priorities, and supporting photos. Custom reports can include appraised value, tree-protection plans for construction, or focused documentation for specific claims or disputes.
