When to call us first
Call us immediately if a tree has fallen on a house, garage, fence, vehicle, or power line; if a large limb is hanging over a roof, walkway, or driveway; if a tree is leaning visibly more after a storm or sounds like it's cracking; if a tree is blocking access to a rural property; or if you see uplifted root plates after heavy rain. If a power line is involved, contact PG&E first, then call us — we coordinate with utilities on emergency calls.
